      General Notary Work

      Common Generalized Notarial Services

      Acknowledgement/ Proof of Acknowledgement

      $10 for the first signature; $1.00 for each additional signature on the same document

      An Acknowledgement / Proof of Acknowledgement is a certification that a signer personally appeared before the notary, was identified by the notary, and formerly declared to the notary that the signer willingly signed the document for its intended purpose.


      Jurat - Including Oath or Affirmation

      $10.00

      A Jurat is a certification that a signer personally appeared before the notary with an unsigned document, was identified by the notary, was put under sworn oath or affirmation to attest the statements in the document were true, then signed the document in the presence of the notary. 

      Verification - Oath or Affirmation

      $10.00

      A Verification is a certification that a signer personally appeared before the notary, was identified by the notary, acknowledged signing the document, was put under sworn oath or affirmation and verified the statements in the document were true.

      Certified Copy of Non Recordable Document

      $10.00 per certificate

      A Certified Copy of a Non-Recordable Document is a certification that a document was presented to the notary by the document’s custodian, was photocopied by the notary, and is a true, exact, complete, and unaltered copy. The document is neither a public record nor a publicly recordable document.

      Certified Copy of Notarial Record

      $1.00 per page

      A Certified Copy of a Notarial Record is a certification, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 406.014(c), that a preceding or attached document is a true, exact, complete, and unaltered copy made by the notary of a notarial record, the original of which is held in the custody of the notary. 

      Protests

      $4.00 for each bill or note; $1.00 per notice served; $4.00 for each certificate and seal

       A protest is a certificate of dishonor made by a United States consul or vice consul. 

      All Other Notarial Acts

      $10.00 per certificate

      Notarial acts not specifically mentioned in detail. 

      Form I-9 Verification Services

      Extended Service

      I-9 Verification Service

      $55.00

      The agent (1) meets a remote hire employee to review Section 1 of their Form I-9 for completeness, accuracy, and readability, (2) physically examines employee-provided identification documents, ensuring the documents are acceptable in establishing both identity and employment authorization, (3) completes Section 2 of the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.

      * This is not a Notarial Act. Travel charges are additional. 

      Form I-9 Document Package Drop- Off Fee

      $20.00

      This fee is for delivery of completed document packages to either UPS or FedEx Shipping Centers in and/or around surrounding areas in Houston, Texas or areas within a 75 mile radius for customer pre-paid overnight shipping.

      *This is an additional service. 

      Apostille

      An apostille is an international form of authentication for documents for use in countries within The Hague Convention. A notary public is only authorized to certify the signatures on the document.

      Apostille ( Signature Authentication)

      Prices vary. Please send request for more information.

      An apostille is an additional form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries which participate in the 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization of Foreign Public Documents. The completed apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature of the notary. A document which has been certified with an apostille is to be considered acceptable for legal use in all Hague Convention participating nations.

      “We offer a range of additional services designed to enhance convenience for our customers. Below are the prices for our add-on services.

      Standard Evening Mobile Service

      $35.00

      This mobile service is a travel charge for the hours of 5:30PM - 6:30PM CST. Monday- Friday for 0-45 minutes of service. 

      Late Evening Mobile Service

      $75.00

      This mobile service is a travel charge for the hours of 6:30PM CST - 8:00PM  CST Monday-Friday 0-45 minutes of service. 

      Weekend Services

      $45.00

      This mobile service is a travel charge for weekend days Saturday 8:00AM - 6:00PM CST and Sunday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, 0-45 minutes of service.
